Payment Methods

SlideMake offers a variety of payment options including credit card, debit card, PayPal, Google Pay and mobile payments. Not all payment methods are available in all geographies. If you do not see your preferred payment method please contact us.

SlideMake Credits

SlideMake credits can be purchased in 1000 credit packs and are valid for 365 days from the date of purchase. Credits can be used to create additional presentations beyond the daily free limit and to generate AI images for your slides. In the future more services may be introduced to which credits can be applied. If you run out of credits simply buy another 1000 credit pack. SlideMake credits are purchased using one-time payments; we do not sell any recurring subscriptions.

Refund Policy

You can request a refund for full, unused packs of 1000 credits within 7 days of purchase. Refunds for credit balances will not be given. (For example if you buy a 1000 credit pack and use 100 credits you will not be refunded for the remaining 900 credit balance).
